RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
You may return any unused item in it's original condition and with it's original condition packaging, if any, with the exception of Clearance Items, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Simply E-mail customerservice@bearwallowgifts.comtelling us what the item is and why you are returning it. In the case of an exchange tell us the new item(s) item number and a short description. Send your return package by way of the U.S. Postal Service with your Shipping Invoice to: Bearwallow Gifts, P.O. Box 371, Nashville, Indiana 47448.
We will notify you by E-mail when your package arrives. Please allow up to 14 business days for a return to be processed. We will issue any refund to your credit card account within 14 business days. The credit card refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles due to your credit card companies accounting cut off date. If you are returning your item because you have changed your mind or you've made an error and are requesting an even dollar exchange only additional shipping costs will apply.
If the item exchange results in an item dollar difference, the difference ,including sales tax if applicable, and additional shipping costs will apply. * Our Error - Exchange *
If you are returning your item due to our error and you are requesting an even dollar exchange there are no additional charges. If the item exchange results in an item dollar difference, the difference including sales tax, if applicable, will be the only additional cost to apply.

If you are returning your item due to our error and are not requesting an exchange, you will be issued a full refund which includes shipping costs.
